When does it go out?

Every Monday morning (UTC), to everyone who confirmed their sign-up. Each issue covers the launch week that closed the night before.

Do you review the copy?

Yes, every booking, before it runs. Copy locks 3 days before the send, which is why the nearest Monday you can book is at least that far out. If something needs changing, we email you first.

Can I move my date?

Once per booking, to any free Monday, up to 3 days before the original send. Reply to the booking email.

What about refunds?

If we decline your copy, or a date turns out to be double-booked, you get a full refund. Once an issue has gone out, it's not refundable.

Are the links followed?

Yes. Sponsor links are plain links with ref and UTM tags, so the visits show up in your own analytics.
