FaithWall

FaithWall is an iPhone app that puts a Bible verse on your lock screen and wallpaper, so you see Scripture whenever you pick up your phone. You pick the verse, place it over a background, and the app updates the wallpaper for you. Home-screen and lock-screen widgets can show a new verse every day, or rotate verses every 8 hours or every hour.

You can tell the app what you're going through, such as anxiety, distraction or a hard season, and it suggests verses that fit. It also includes the full Bible for reading, daily verse reminders, streaks, and several Bible translations. There's a gallery of Scripture-inspired backgrounds called Faith Wallpapers, and you can preview any of them live before setting one. You can also change the text size, outline, shadow and color.

The app is free to download. A FaithWall+ subscription, billed weekly or yearly, unlocks unlimited verse wallpapers, all Faith Wallpaper packs, widgets and daily reminders. It's available in English and 9 other languages and is built by a solo developer.
