You can also connect Claude or ChatGPT to your account. Route optimization puts each walker's stops in order and opens turn-by-turn navigation with one tap. Shift management includes templates, an open shift board, trade requests that need manager approval, and break tracking for state compliance. A direct mail feature sends postcards to households within a set radius of your current clients, paid per card.

Switching is handled by a CSV import wizard that matches columns automatically and catches duplicates. You can also export your data at any time. Pet owners can find walkers through public profiles that take online bookings.
