About Calk

Calk is an iPhone calorie counter. You take a photo of a meal and it estimates calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber, then logs the entry. It sets daily calorie goals from your profile and activity level, and you can also set your own macro goals.

Water intake and intermittent fasting are tracked in the same app. You can look back through your meal history, weekly summaries and a progress calendar, and save favorite meals so you can log them again quickly. The app is available in English and 17 other languages.

The app is free to download, and eligible new users get 7 free food scans. After that, scanning requires a Calk Premium subscription, listed at $4.99 per month or $19.99 per year. The developer notes that photo results are estimates and that the app does not give medical advice.

About MyHair

MyHair is a mobile and web app that looks at photos of your hair with computer vision. It maps your hairline and bald spots, then estimates hair count, density and dryness. After the scan you answer a short questionnaire about things like washing habits, shower temperature and stress. MyHair uses those answers to build a treatment plan with a timeline and product recommendations.

You can track hairline shift and growth over time, and start a growth plan with any product to see how it works for you. The app also has a directory of hair clinics where you can compare clinics by results, pricing and patient feedback. MyHair names Clinique des Champs-Élysées in Paris as a partner.

A free plan includes a limited number of hair count analyses and general product recommendations. A Premium plan adds unlimited analyses, more detailed recommendations and further hair health insights. MyHair says it does not store images of faces and deletes images after processing. It is available on iOS, Android and the web.
