## About

The Anti Job Board is a paid job-search service for people who want to work at startups. It scrapes company career pages, ATS boards like Greenhouse and Ashby, and hiring posts on X, Reddit, Discord and YC boards. The goal is to show new roles soon after they go live, before a large pool of applicants has formed.

It also tries to predict roles that haven't been posted yet. It tracks funding rounds, SEC filings, Crunchbase, VC announcements and YC batches, then looks at a startup's past hiring patterns to guess which roles it will open next. Some listings come with founder or hiring-manager details so members can apply to the person hiring instead of going through an ATS. The site says humans curate the listings, and it focuses on AI/ML, fintech, SaaS, dev tools and consumer tech.

Membership costs $18.99/month, with weekly and annual billing also available. It includes every job posted in the last 24 hours, intel on predicted roles, weekly deep dives and a real-time board. There's also a free email list with occasional job drops and resources. The site says it offers no refunds or guarantees.

## How the score works

The percentage is the raw share of swipes that went right. Rankings weigh that share against the number of swipes (a prior of 25 swipes at 50%), so a high score from a handful of swipes ranks below a slightly lower score from many. Anyone can swipe without an account; each browser or account swipes a product once.
