RedSim sells prepaid eSIM data plans for travelers in more than 200 destinations. You can buy plans for a single country, a region or global use. You buy a plan, get a QR code right away, and install it by scanning the code or tapping Install eSIM in the iOS and Android app. Your regular SIM keeps your home number for calls and texts, and the eSIM handles data, so you avoid roaming charges.

Country plans start at about $2. As an example, the site lists 20 GB for 30 days in Italy at $10.99. Each purchase adds 25% of its price to a wallet balance you can spend on later eSIMs. With the referral program, a friend gets 20% off their first eSIM and you get up to 40% of what they paid as credit.

Support runs 24/7 over WhatsApp. RedSim offers a full refund on any eSIM you haven't activated, and payments go through Stripe. You can also share your data with other devices using hotspot mode, and the site has a device check page for eSIM compatibility.

## How the score works

The percentage is the raw share of swipes that went right. Rankings weigh that share against the number of swipes (a prior of 25 swipes at 50%), so a high score from a handful of swipes ranks below a slightly lower score from many. Anyone can swipe without an account; each browser or account swipes a product once.
