## About

Migraine0 is an iPhone migraine and headache diary meant to be quick to keep up, even on bad days. You can confirm a headache-free day with one tap. When there was pain, you log only intensity, impact on your day and acute medication. You can also record a voice check-in and review the transcript before saving it.

The app shows confirmed and missing days on a 28-day calendar and tracks headache days, migraine days, acute-medication days, pain intensity and functional impact. It never fills gaps by guessing. It can generate a PDF for clinicians that summarizes your confirmed record, completion rate, treatment period and key counts, so you can share it at an appointment. It also points out possible patterns across your diary and optional Apple Health, weather and air-quality data. It presents these as associations, not diagnoses.

It has a low-stimulation dark interface, large controls, optional reminders, English and French, and in-app deletion of your account and cloud data. Apple Health access is read-only, and the developer says it does not sell health data. The app is free to download, with weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions offered as in-app purchases.

## How the score works

The percentage is the raw share of swipes that went right. Rankings weigh that share against the number of swipes (a prior of 25 swipes at 50%), so a high score from a handful of swipes ranks below a slightly lower score from many. Anyone can swipe without an account; each browser or account swipes a product once.
