## About

Mazo is an AI go-to-market advisor for B2B SaaS founders between €0 and €1M ARR. In the first session you describe what you sell, who buys and what's stuck, plus MRR, ACV and churn if you have them. You can also drop in your website and a document. Mazo then reviews your positioning, ICP, pricing, pipeline and retention, tells you what's holding growth back, and lays out a 90-day plan of six to eight moves ordered for your stage.

After that, it works through the plan with you one move per week. Each move comes with the reason it's next, the framework behind it, and a pass/fail test, and Mazo checks back later on whether the test passed. Fifteen built-in tools help with the work itself, including a First 10 Customers Plan, Willingness-to-Pay Test, Homepage Copy Audit, Outbound Sequence Generator, Lost-Deal Diagnostic and Investor Update Generator. Its recommendations draw on published methodologies such as April Dunford's positioning work, Kyle Poyar's pricing work, MEDDIC and product-led growth, and each one names its source.

Pre-revenue founders are scored on evidence, such as who buys and what they replace, rather than on funnel metrics they can't have yet. There is one plan that includes everything. It comes with a 14-day free trial that needs no credit card, and there's also a free GTM scorecard you can use without signing up.

## How the score works

The percentage is the raw share of swipes that went right. Rankings weigh that share against the number of swipes (a prior of 25 swipes at 50%), so a high score from a handful of swipes ranks below a slightly lower score from many. Anyone can swipe without an account; each browser or account swipes a product once.
