## About

Brinkr digitizes construction delivery notes (albaranes), including handwritten ones, along with invoices and purchase orders. You upload a photo or file, or send one from your phone by scanning a QR code. Brinkr pulls out the supplier, item, quantity, unit price and total, and gives each field a confidence score. Documents are sorted by job site, supplier and date, and you can review and correct the data before you confirm it.

For contractors, the main feature is automated three-way matching. Brinkr checks the purchase order, delivery note and invoice against each other and flags mismatches, so billing errors turn up before payment. It also keeps price history per supplier, tracks cost per job, tracks concrete strength tests, logs subcontractor hours and offers Gantt-style project planning. Data syncs with an ERP or exports to Excel.

For suppliers, Brinkr offers digital delivery notes captured on the driver's phone with GPS, a timestamp and a signature. Each delivery produces a signed PDF that serves as proof of delivery. There is a free plan, and sales demos are available for larger teams.

## How the score works

The percentage is the raw share of swipes that went right. Rankings weigh that share against the number of swipes (a prior of 25 swipes at 50%), so a high score from a handful of swipes ranks below a slightly lower score from many. Anyone can swipe without an account; each browser or account swipes a product once.
