## About Obsidian

Obsidian is a note-taking app that works on a folder of Markdown files on your own disk. Links between notes build a graph you can navigate and query.

Because the store is just files, your notes outlive the app and can be edited by anything else.

## About ProjectAdulting

ProjectAdulting is an iPhone and iPad app for life admin. You dump everything on your mind into one place, like bills, errands, chores, deadlines, calls and paperwork. Rough notes and half-sentences are fine. An AI coach called Nudge organizes the pile and picks one next action, so you aren't stuck staring at a long list.

It's built for people who feel overwhelmed or frozen by tasks, and the App Store listing positions it for ADHD. Nudge can talk through a problem, build a plan, or split a stressful task into smaller steps. An "adulting inbox" keeps tasks, notes, routines, reminders and follow-ups together. Guided checklists, reminders and repeating tasks help you act on the plan.

The app also has lessons on practical topics like money, career, home, health, routines and relationships, plus daily progress tracking. You can download it for free, and you can try the brain dump and finish a first task before paying. Pro features need a monthly or annual subscription, and there's no free trial.
